Such a perfectly pleasant stay for a family visit. Hip new hotel in a secure area close enough to Cambridge shops, restaurants, and campus as well as Metro. 3. Brand-new, pleasantly furnished room with a working iron and newly renovated Euro bath. 4. Fast check-in, late check-out, very amiable staff. 5. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

The location is really convenient for access Harvard University.

The bath tab water was clogged. No hair blower in the bathroom.

This hotel was very convenient to the T stop, as well as being very clean and comfortable.

The service was excellent and exactly what we needed, despite the room being kept at a very cool temperature and having the bathroom and trash left by the previous guest.

Staff at front desk were very alert & accommodating. We loved the price & proximity to Harvard Square.

i used to come to you few years ago and spent few times there. Now i came back after 5-7 years and insisted to stay at your hotel and i was really disappointed and consider not to come back next time i will in Boston: the price is high comparing to what you get: the staff was not nice and as not welcoming. I was shocked when i realize that i have to pay for parking using the computer downstairs and not having any thing for breakfast. The feeling was that you try to get as much money and save on us as much. Sorry for this poor experience.

The experience was pleasant, would stay here again. the hotel was clean and our room was well-appointed and beautifully decorated. Excellent service. the bed was comfortable, and the room itself was pretty nice.

Very helpful and friendly staff, smooth check-in, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent housekeeping, always provided with hot/cold water and free coffee. Perfect location near Harvard Yard, walking distance to cafes, restaurants, and stores.

there was one concierge who made our experience of the hotel services above average. His name is Avidan Attia. He was able to "zone in" on our needs without us barely even saying anything.He efficiently took care of us, including booking tickets for shows for us, directions, maps.He went the extra mile. He was polite, patient and thorough. Very professional- better than the manager. The room service was good, people were polite.

overall, it was a satisfactory hotel. The desk help was average. After Avidan Attia, the concierge, helped us one day, I realized that I can expect better service from the desk. So my assessment of the other desk help went from average to mediocre.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had the best location, very close to the subway, stores. the staff was friendly and professional - we would stay here again.
